Our Services
Married in Japan is a destination wedding planning company based in Tokyo, Japan. We provide wedding planning and coordination services for couples planning weddings and elopements in Japan. The scope of our services for each client is defined in individual service agreements.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries about our services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission
Consultations and Bookings
Booking a consultation through the Site does not constitute a contract for wedding planning services. A binding agreement for services is formed only upon execution of a separate service agreement and receipt of the required deposit as outlined in that agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site - including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design - is owned by Married in Japan or used with permission from the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use Site content without our prior written consent.
Where photographs feature the work of third-party vendors (photographers, florists, venues, etc.), credit belongs to the original creator as noted.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Married in Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided on it.

Service Agreements
The terms governing our wedding planning services (including fees, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and scope of work) are set out in individual service agreements between Married in Japan and each client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
